Primal Blueprint 30 Day Challenge: Day 9

Getting back into the swing of things with day nine. Started the day off right with a delicious breakfast of bacon and eggs. This and a good nights sleep gave me terrific energy during the day. I spent most of the day moving and keeping busy. I also had my 1 hour Pilates class today. It focused on the core and arms and I had plenty of energy before and after the class.We didn’t get to an evening walk and didn’t get out in the sun much today. Goals for tomorrow for sure.

Dinner consisted of coconut flour and herb “breaded” chicken drumsticks. I dredged them in and egg and butter mixture then coated them with coconut flour mixed with a few Italian spices. I let them bake in the oven with coconut oil. It was ok…needs work. The cauliflower, broccoli mash was great thought. It’s always a winner.
