Primal Blueprint 30 Day Challenge: Day 20 & 21

Another combination of primal challenge days. The only thing I think I achieved on these days is good rest, good eating and keeping up with the blog. After a long day of fun and walking around Disneyland, the weekend was pretty much a chance to rest up and catch up.

I’ll have to make up for sprinting and one primal recipe in the following week, as I missed out on them this week. Even though I haven’t been very strict on the exercising, I am seeing results in my body composition. I’m amazed that my strength and muscle tone are increasing and I’m noticing incremental inches lost all around. Inch by inch, every little bit helps!
