Primal Blueprint 30 Day Challenge: Day 4

Day 4 of my challenge has been pretty low key. Because of tasks that needed to be done around the house we didn’t get to our nightly walk or our lifting workout. I feel like that was ok, though, using it as a recovery day. But that doesn’t mean I didn’t stay busy and moving all day!

I still need to work in another day of sprinting and one more Primal Blueprint Recipe to hit my goals for the week. I have perused the list of primal recipes on Mark’s Daily Apple and it’s quite hard to decide which to make. There are so many great ideas there!

I did get a great night’s sleep and felt rested and recharged when I awoke. I’m hoping to get back on track with the exercising after all the business of the work week is taken care of.
